Fine Arts

An education at Holy Spirit Catholic School aims to develop the whole child. While we offer a strong academic program, students are also involved in a wide range of activities. Choir, band, art, and more are part of the Holy Spirit experience.

THEATRE

All are invited to attend the Holy Spirit spring play, Hansel & Gretel! Performances are Saturday, Apr. 20 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Apr. 21 at 2 p.m. in the gym. The show runs just over an hour and is appropriate for all ages.

Tickets will be available at the door for $10.

BAND

Our band program provides both weekly small group lessons and full band rehearsals. Students in grades 4–8 have the opportunity to participate in band. Lessons are offered through Encore Ensembles. A complete band curriculum is provided to all participants. Band cultivates musical and instrumental growth, creativity, communication skills, and values such as discipline, respect, and responsibility.

ART

Art is a creative and essential part of the life of students. Through art students explore and express themselves through many media and styles, with their work prominently displayed throughout the school.
